Community Support

Hawkins FUMC takes seriously it physical and spiritual position in the heart of Hawkins.  As faith people we believe that our lives and ministry are most important in the here and now, in our community.  As a consequence we engage with other ministries and non-profit community groups whose missions are directed at serving the community and meeting needs.

Alcoholics Annonmous

Alcoholics Anonymous meets twice a week here on the campus of HFUMC.  We want you to know that if you seek to overcome addiction to a substance other other than alcohol, you are still welcome.  The group meets in Young Hall on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM and/or Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM.  


At the same time AA meets there are other who meet for Al-Anon also meets in a seperate room.

Narcotics Annomous

Narcotics Anonymous meets twice a week here on the campus of HFUMC.  We want you to know that if you are seeking to overcome addiction to any substance  you are welcome here.  The group meets in Young Hall on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM and/or Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM.
